Update (Involved): Feeble assassination attempts are being made towards the Queen to distract her from the Old Leader's plan. Food has been disappearing in small quantities throughout the elven forest, only to be replaced a day later. The Queen's spies are on the lookout for a poison attempt.
The Old leader has finished another battle plan, this time to strike directly at the elven forest. Spies report that he knows how to break three of the four magical shields. Spellweavers are working on reinforcing the castle's protection.
Update (Innocents): The market square is now open at its regular times. Queen Telrunya apologized publicly for the delay. It is reported that a test of the Queen's protection took place yesterday, frightening many a person. Witnesses say that a dagger was thrown past Ânariël's head, burying itself in the wall behind her. They also report that the queen's protection is formidable indeed. In fact, Lilianna Laroque says "You would have to have either drank too much ale, or be crazy to try and hurt her, I'll tell you." Other citizens say much the same.
